Yeyang quality control team conducted a thorough inspection of a new batch of Model NT468 super jumbo quartz slabs this week at our quartz slab production facility, featuring delicate white veining. These slabs, shown in the photo above, are part of our popular neutral-toned quartz collection, designed for both residential and commercial interiors.
Inspection Process
Each slab went through a multi-step inspection process.
First, the visual check. The surface was examined under natural light to evaluate the consistency of the pattern, color stability, and absence of surface cracks. Our QC team also paid close attention to gloss level and the clarity of the veining. Any inconsistency—even minor—was marked immediately for review.
Next, we moved to the flatness and size accuracy stage. Using calibrated measuring tools, we confirmed that every slab met the size and thickness requirements, including length tolerance and edge straightness. The batch passed with excellent precision.
Then came structural strength testing. For this product, we tested edge chipping resistance and bending performance. Results met our internal standards as well as client specifications. This ensures the slabs will maintain durability through cutting, installation, and daily use.
Packing & Pre-Shipment
Once approved, the quartz slabs were carefully packed with reinforced corner guards, moisture barriers, and shockproof padding to prevent damage during international transport. A pre-shipment checklist was also completed and attached to the packaging for transparency and traceability. Before loading, our inspectors verified the labeling details, slab counts, and container conditions. We make sure every delivery is correct and clean before it leaves our site.
