Quartz stone is not recommended for outdoor decoration
Direct Sunlight [UV-rays] can alter the colour of the quartz surfaces. We do not advise to install our quartz to an outdoor area.
There is no problem installing behind a window, as glass has sufficient UV filters
Never use colour enforcing products or multiple layers of impregnated products on the quartz surface, as a film will be created and will be hard to remove.
Never use waxes, oils, greasy soaps, or shine improving products on the quartz surface, as a film will be created and will be hard to remove.
Due to the hardness of the quartz stone certain impacts could make the stone crack or leave a small pit in the surface. In most cases this can be repaired with a special repair kit for kitchen worktops. We would advise you to speak with your fabricator if this happens.
