Spring Festival Holiday Notice and Service Arrangement
As the Spring Festival (Chinese New Year) approaches, we would like to inform our customers and partners of our upcoming holiday schedule and service arrangements.
Our factory and offices will be closed from February 15 to February 24 in observance of the Chinese New Year holiday. 
During this period, regular production and shipment activities will be temporarily paused.
While we are on holiday, we remain committed to staying connected. Customers and partners are welcome to leave us messages regarding ongoing orders, shipment coordination, or upcoming project plans.
Our on-duty support team will remain available, and all inquiries will be reviewed and responded to within 24–48 hours.
We encourage partners with time-sensitive projects or shipment requirements to reach out in advance, so arrangements can be planned smoothly around the Chinese New Year holiday period. Clear communication before and during the holiday helps ensure continuity and minimizes unnecessary delays.
The Chinese New Year is a time for rest and renewal, but our responsibility to our partners continues. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust, and we look forward to resuming full operations and supporting your projects with focus and reliability after the holiday.
